3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

All products are shipped from China.

3.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 8 business days from the date of purchase.

3.2 Standard Delivery Time

Due to high demand and international logistics, delivery can take:

  • Up to 4–5 weeks after shipment.

Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance, local courier operations, and seasonal demand.

4. Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 weeks from the shipping date, you are eligible to:

  • Request a full refund, or

  • Choose to continue waiting for delivery

To request a refund, please contact our support team using the information in Section 10.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds for delayed orders that exceed 5 weeks of delivery time, unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Small variations in color or design due to manufacturing differences

Refunds for defective products may be granted upon review. Customers must provide clear photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.
Planet Jersey is not responsible for these additional charges.

7. Payment Methods

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Planet Jersey is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs, local couriers, or uncontrollable logistics factors

  • Damage caused by improper care or washing

  • Misuse of the product by the customer
